A Little History of the Cullen Brothers
Cullen Brothers is owned by two brothers: Rich and Bill Cullen
We started our business 27 years ago in 1997 and have been operating continuously since then. We are located in Union, Kentucky. We primarily operate in the counties of Boone, Kenton, Campbell and Grant in Northern Kentucky. We are a smaller custom builder, generally building 3-4 units per year. We are not motivated by high volume or unmanageable growth. Generally, our homes range in price from $500k - $1m. We continuously use the same core group of subcontractors and material vendors. We don’t shop each job around to find the cheapest price. We have an allegiance with our team and if problems arise, they will stand right beside us to make the required corrections.

Rich Cullen serves and our lead carpenter, in house engineer, and problem solver. He is brilliant at coming up with solutions to everyday problems regardless of complexity or origin. Rich holds a bachelors of engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati in Engineering Mechanics.
Bill Cullen serves as our daily operations manager and designer. He also assists in the everyday tasks which need to be performed in order for our homes to be completed successfully. Bill holds an associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology and a bachelor’s of science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
